What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
The first step in our onboarding process is the kickoff meeting! This meeting involves all the key stakeholders to confirm engagement details, introduce the teams, answer questions and establish expectations for future communications. What education or training do you have that relates to your work?
Ten26 Media team members are Google AdWords certified and have managed pay-per-click campaigns with budgets more than $1 Million. These campaigns were on networks such as Google, Facebook, Instagram, and Pinterest.
Do you have a standard pricing system for your service?
Yes, we start all our search and social media advertising campaigns at $500/month, with a minimum management investment of $1,000/month. Every campaign includes a set amount of Ad Sets, Ads, and Keywords to ensure transparency. We do offer special pricing for non-profits and small businesses.
How did you get started doing this type of work?
Our founder Jason began working in the marketing and advertising industry at the age of 20. Since then, he has worked in various leadership roles for digital agencies helping companies increase revenue and profits. Read more about our CEO.

We have been fortunate enough to collaborate with hundreds of B2C and B2C companies in the automotive, health & fitness and higher education industry. Describe a recent project you are fond of. What was the result?
One of our travel and leisure clients asked us to support a new service launch with digital advertising. We got to work fast by developing a target keyword list, creating a custom landing page, and setting up both Google and Facebook ad campaigns. The campaign ran for a few months, and they received a 3-to-1 return on their investment.
What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
Hire us! 😉 However, if you decide not to for whatever reason, our advice would be to… trust, but verify. There are many agencies out there so, please do your research. Also, don’t get caught up in having to work with the biggest company in town. There are advantages to working with smaller agencies, such as a one-on-one personalized relationship.
What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?
We recommend knowing the basics of the project such as objective, timeline, and budget. Our discovery meeting will uncover a lot of the details we need to create a handcrafted strategy, so don’t worry about having enough information before reaching out.
